Adler Archer, JD

Adler Archer is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of African Health Nexus. He sets strategic direction, leads board governance, and drives external relationships with funders, partners, and academic communities advancing community-owned health systems across Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds faculty appointments at Johns Hopkins University across biomedical engineering, medicine, and business. His doctoral research at King's College London examines how professionals who operate across multiple institutional domains build and maintain legitimacy. A U.S. Air Force veteran whose military service was cut short under Don't Ask, Don't Tell, he has spent over 26 years working across defense, healthcare, law, academia, and civic innovation.
